これを実行するには2とおりの方法があります。

server_status.php というファイルを html/ops から html/user へ複写します。特に手を加えたくなければ、これで上手く動作します。そして、このページから発生するプロジェクトのデータベースに対する問合わせは、数秒しか要しません (このページはキャッシュされるので、この問合わせが頻繁におこることはありません)。
定期的に実行するスクリプトを書くという方法があります。このスクリプトに、前記の2つのページをファイルとして生成させます。さらに、user/server_status.php にもスクリプトを書き込み、 2つのファイルのいずれかを出力させるようにします。
